What is Forest Bathing+?
Forest Bathing is rooted in the Japanese culture of Skinrin-yoku - shinrin meaning "forest" and yoku "bath". A methodical practice of walking and taking in the forest atmosphere. Slowing down, and connecting deeply with nature through the senses. A therapeutic way to de-stress and improve health and well-being.

Forest Bathing+ is heavily based on Japan’s forest bathing tradition, and involves different elements from other fields of science (such as research into forest ecology) as well as holistic practices taken from yogic techniques, meditation and mindfulness, earthing, and others.
