The Ramblewood Story
Ramblewood began not as a business, but as a moment of transformation.

After years of working in technology and digital transformation for some of the UK’s most meaningful institutions - including the V&A, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, and now the NSPCC - I found myself yearning for something deeper. A slower rhythm. A more embodied way of living and leading.

That shift came during a Forest Bathing+ session at Kew Gardens. In the quiet company of trees, something profound was revealed. A new path rooted in presence and nature. The experience was so powerful that I immediately enrolled with The Forest Bathing Institute to train as a guide, determined to share the experience and benefits discovered.
Ramblewood is the expression of that calling. A space where people can reconnect with themselves and the natural world through Forest Bathing+ - a practice that blends mindfulness, sensory immersion, and ecological awareness. In the woodlands of Kent, Ramblewood invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover your relationship with self, nature and others.

Mission
I believe in the healing power of nature. My mission is to reconnect people with the natural world through immersive, mindful experiences that restore balance, deepen awareness, and nurture well-being. Rooted in the principles of Forest Bathing+ and inspired by the ancient practice of Shinrin-yoku, I guide others on journeys of quiet reflection, sensory awakening, and nature connection in woodlands in Kent.
Vision
I envision a world where nature is not just a place to visit, but a space to heal, connect, and belong. Ramblewood aspires to be a guiding light in the movement toward deeper nature awareness and personal transformation - where a walk in the woods becomes a step toward inner peace, community resilience, and care for our forests and ancient woodlands.
